Empower Community Collective of Pierce County is a full-service community support team dedicated to individuals with disabilities. We are a collective of professionals banding together to share resources and a wealth of knowledge and experience to make it happen! Together we hope to provide every client with comprehensive advocacy and inclusion services. By leveraging our diverse backgrounds in education, vocational support, community connections, and community health, we offer a holistic approach to helping our neighbors navigate their daily lives with confidence.

We believe true access is achieved when people are fully integrated into the fabric of Pierce County through fulfilling jobs, genuine friendships, inclusive activities, and the information necessary to make self-determined choices.
Our work is rooted in the radically unradical idea that every person deserves to be defined by their strengths rather than their barriers. We support individuals across the spectrum of lifelong disabilities by focusing on what is possible. Our approach is centered on identifying and removing obstacles and building personalized connections. These connections allow our clients to access their community based on their unique talents and goals.
